| Well,it's been quite a while since I've updated.Not much going on here lately,except for taxes,and thats not much fun.I'm glad its over and they're in the mail.I hope uncle Sam enjoys my money!-lol-But.....on a better note.I had so much fun today.Probably the best day I've had in a while.My baby played in Toad Jam today,and I had the PRIVILEGE to sit on those bleachers ALL afternoon and watch her play.WOW!!!I LOVE to watch her play.I miss that so much.I think I enjoyed most of all,seeing her play and ENJOYING it again.She's definitely not too shabby!She did a VERY good job,and I was so proud of her.They took 2nd in the tournament,and should have been Champs,but it's all good.They did great!All that matters is that I got to watch her play again.Thanks baby,for a great day---I needed that!! | | |
| Well,I guess I really should update a little more often.I see Brandi has been taking up my xanga habits-lol-I think she's a "little" occupied right now,but with that sweet boy,who wouldn't be?And for those that need to know--John doesn't like chocolate frosting--HE WILL EAT IT-(if you're the mom and you hand it to him)-But he doesn't like it--lol--I do think that "the boy" definitely needs a xanga site tho.SOMEONE should tell him that!!
I just wanta share something with you guys this morning that God shared with me.He gave me an example by my little Lucy this morning.You see,Lucy likes it when I'm not in the office and I'm upstairs with her.She follows me everywhere,and sometimes she'll just sleep a while,get up and come and look for me--just like any other dog--but she IS special--BUT--when I leave and come back--she hears me when I come up the drive,and she starts scratching at the glass on the door,and pressing her face against the door to get out,just to touch me,just to have me love her and hold her--and then,when I get inside and pick her up,she's just started this thing where she gets so excited that she wets on me.I pulled up this morning and was just sitting in the Envoy watching her,scratching,barking,pressing her head against the glass,and I thought--you know,dogs love alot of people,but there's something about their masters --and then God began to show me that the way that Lucy is with me(her master) scratching and pawing her way to try to get to me,never giving up until I open that door,is the way we should be with God.We should be scratching and pawing ,doing whatever it takes to be in the presence of the Lord --never giving up--never backing down,pressing on with our heads against the glass.Just WANTING him to touch and to hold us,not being able to wait to show him how much we love him.Lets go about our day today--just being "little Lucys" unto OUR master--Have a safe and blessed day guys--I love ya

| Well guys,my little baby boy turned 15 yesterday.Gary is really getting old now-lol-Man time goes by so fast.He had a ballgame last night,so we all went out to eat after the game.Had a great time.He then went back to school with his sister--so you know what that means---Gary and I have the house to ourselves this w/e--we went to eat and see a movie tonight,but to our surprise,the only 2 movies that we cared to see were sold out when we got there.So.....we drove around a while,came home,and now Garys asleep.Imagine that.WE have to go to Hot Springs tomorrow morning,so I think we're gonna go to the horse races.Garys only been a few times,and I've never been.So if it doesn't rain too bad,we're trying our luck with the horses tomorrow,for Gary a new trackhoe.He bought a lottery ticket in Missouri the other day,we won $35,not enough to even drive up there for.We're hoping the luck is still there--lol--Have a great time this w/e --love you guys bunches---hope my babies are having fun being together---I miss ya'll | | |
| Well guys--He did good--Gary that is--I went today to pick up my Envoy,and man is she a jewel.She's so pretty,and I have to say that she looks just darn good sitting in my driveway--lol--And I got a dozen roses to boot--Is he a sweetheart or what? I guess this means that you're off the hook Nicholas--Thanks for the offer--that was mighty fine of ya!!--Hope you all had a great V day,and got lots of sweets from your sweet--A great big Happy 40th to my friend--guess who??I'm so glad she's finally as old as I am--lol--Hope you had a good time tonight--Maybe you and "the man" could use HIS christmas present on your birthday -Love ya all | | |
